Please note, that custom hats are made to order so allow 1 week before your item is ready to be shipped.

US ORDERS: All orders to the U.S are shipped USPS Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days. If you would like to upgrade or would like insurance and tracking for your package please contact me. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. It usually takes 10- 14 business days. There is no tracking code provided with this rate. If you would like to upgrade to the International Priority Rate which includes tracking, faster arrival time or would like insurance for your package please contact me. 

Items lost in the mail, unclaimed, or undeliverable are not refundable.
